We can’t offer any exchanges or refunds if your event is going ahead on the date originally planned - but how about selling your tickets to another fan for the price you paid?
If you booked directly through Ticketmaster.co.uk, You can do this on our Ticket Exchange – all you need is a Ticketmaster account to get started and we’ll do the rest. More information can be found on our FAQ page.
Please keep in mind that not all events are eligible for resale.
We also have a fan guarantee for our customers, where we can offer a 24-hour cooling off period. Some rules do apply, but you can find out more information on our Fan Guarantee page.

Some events might be so popular that extra dates come on sale. Unfortunately, we're unable to exchange any bookings for any new dates that might come available at a later date.
