If you booked directly through Ticketmaster.co.uk, You can do this on Ticketmaster’s new Ticket Exchange – all you need is a Ticketmaster account to get started and we’ll do the rest. Click here for more information. Please keep in mind that not all events are eligible for resale.
We also have a fan guarantee for our customers, where we can offer a 24-hour cooling off period. Some rules do apply, but you can find out more information here.
