My tickets are in my Ticketmaster account
Tickets for the below events will show in your Ticketmaster Account:

Access your tickets by following these steps on the day of your event:
- Sign into your account from your Ticketmaster App.
- From the My Tickets page locate your order. Tap View Tickets to access your tickets.
- Present your tickets to get scanned for entry and you’re in!
We recommend pulling up your tickets before arriving at the venue so that you always have your ticket on hand - even without internet connection. You're not able to add your tickets to your mobile wallet at this time.
How do I transfer tickets to friends or family?
To transfer tickets for events at the theaters above, follow these steps:
- From Order Details, tap on View Tickets.
- Your tickets will display in a new browser.
- Select ctrl + p and print a PDF view of the browser.
- Email the PDF file to the person you’re transferring the tickets to.
Add-ons or ticket insurance will not apply to a ticket sent with this method.
Be careful who you transfer your tickets with as someone else could end up sitting in your seat if they arrive there first with a copy of your barcode.
Can I exchange or refund my tickets?
If the performance you’ve booked for is cancelled or rescheduled, you’ll receive an email from us with more info on what to do next. When the show is completely cancelled, your order will be cancelled and refunded automatically unless it says otherwise in our email. If you want to attend the same show on another date instead, contact Fan Support to ask if the Event Organiser is allowing exchanges.
Can I change my delivery method?
Mobile delivery is the only delivery method available for theatre tickets. You can access them from your Ticketmaster Account and present the QR Code to scan at the door. Theatre tickets can’t be added to your mobile wallet at this time.

How can I ensure my tickets are from an authorised retailer?
Ticketmaster Theatre tickets are sold by members of Secure Tickets from Authorised Retailers to ensure their authenticity. To see if your preferred retailer is a member, visit www.star.org.uk or by calling the STAR helpline at 0844 879 4272.
STAR members undertake to:
- Clearly identify the face value of any tickets purchased and any additional booking fees
- Highlight any terms and conditions, including transferability, cancellation and viewing restrictions
- Handle bookings in a polite and courteous manner, giving the highest standards of professional service
What should I do if I haven't received my confirmation email?
If you haven't received a confirmation email after 10 minutes and think you may have entered an incorrect email address, contact Fan Support.
Why can't I see my order in my Ticketmaster account?
Some Ticketmaster Theatre orders may not appear in your Ticketmaster account. If you’re not sure if your order went through, the payment will show on your statement within a few days under the reference Ticketmaster Theatre London.
Can I change my delivery method?
Once you’ve completed your order, we’re unable to change the delivery option and address you’ve chosen.
Can I make changes to the booking details after the booking has been completed?
If you need to change details on your booking, contact Fan Support.
