We can only offer refunds or exchanges if an event has been cancelled or rescheduled. If your event has been cancelled or isn’t going ahead on the date originally planned, you'll be able to find more information on our Event Status Updates page. If Event Organisers make any changes to your event's status, we'll email you to let you know.
Our Fan Guarantee policy offers fans a 24-hour cooling off period, allowing you to request a refund or exchange within that time. Some rules do apply, but you can find out more information on our Fan Guarantee page.
Some events might be so popular that extra dates come on sale. We're unable to exchange any bookings for any new dates that might become available.
If you booked directly through Ticketmaster.co.uk, you can always check out our Ticket Exchange – all you need is a Ticketmaster account to get started and we’ll do the rest. Visit our FAQ page for more information on selling tickets. Not all events are eligible for resale.
Resale tickets are purchased from an individual seller and not directly from Ticketmaster, so we can’t offer refunds on these. For the same reason, we're also not able to exchange Resale tickets for different ones.
