- Sign into your My Account.
- Select your order in My Events.
- Tap Sell and Sell Your Tickets. If the button doesn’t appear or you see resale not available, your tickets aren’t eligible for resale.
- Select the tickets you want to sell and tap Continue.
- Follow the prompts, choose your pricing and enter a payout method. Skip the hassle by choosing the debit card payout option — it requires no verification process on your part. Visit the FAQ How and when do I get paid for tickets I sell? to learn more.
- Review your listing and you’re done.
- Sign into your My Account.
- Select your order in the My Tickets section.
- Click Sell. If the button doesn’t appear or you see resale not available, your tickets aren’t eligible for resale.
- Select the tickets you want to sell and click Continue.
- If you're listing for the first time, you'll need to enter your identity and payment details. Visit the FAQ How and when do I get paid for tickets I sell? to learn more.
- Review your listing and you’re done.
Make sure you’ve completed your Seller Details in the My Profile section of your My Account. Listings are removed around three days before an event takes place, and any unsold tickets will remain yours. For information on completing your seller checklist, check out our FAQ.
You can share your listing using your personal link.
Find your tickets in My Account and select the "Share Listing" option on your listed ticket(s). You can share directly on Twitter, Facebook, WhatsApp or Email. Alternatively, you can copy the link and paste it anywhere you wish.
If your tickets sell, we'll email you and automatically reissue your tickets to the buyer and arrange payment, typically within 17 working days. In the unlikely event we cannot reissue your tickets automatically, payment for your tickets will be made 17 business days after the event takes place.
Yes, but the tickets will be shown for sale along with standard resale tickets and may be identified as Platinum or In Demand tickets in the ticket restriction information.
Only tickets that show in your Ticketmaster account can be sold on Ticketmaster Resale, which excludes bookings made through one of our partner sites such as Ticketmaster Theatre or Ticketweb.
For payment plans and deposit schemes, once you've completed your agreed payment plan you may be able to sell your tickets.
If you don't have the options to sell your tickets, it may be for one of the following reasons:
- The Event Organiser or artist hasn't activated resale.
- Your order includes add-ons such as car park and early entry passes.
- You purchased the tickets from resale.
- The ticket is for a theatre show.
- Your order includes festival tickets purchased on a payment plan/deposit scheme.
- Your ticket has been transferred.
