U2 Artist Sign Up Presale
When is the U2 Artist Sign Up Presale?
The U2 Artist Sign Up Presale takes place on Thursday 5 November, from 10:00 until 22:00 local time. You can book up to four tickets during the presale.
How do I sign up for U2's Artist Presale?
Visit U2's Artist Presale sign-up page. You can sign up from Thursday 29 October at 12:00 GMT until Sunday 1 November at 22:59 GMT.
From the sign-up page, follow these steps:
- Sign in to your Ticketmaster account. There may be additional requirements listed on the sign-up page.
- Select the checkbox for the shows you'd like to join the presale for.
- Review your selections to check the dates, time zones and locations.
- Click or tap Sign Up.
- Make sure you see the confirmation page showing your selected presales.
You can edit your selections until the sign-up window closes. We'll send you an email reminder with a link to join the Artist Presale the day before it begins.
How does the U2 Artist Sign Up Presale work?
Any fan who signs up has the opportunity to join their selected Artist Presale. The day before each of your presales, we'll email you a reminder with a link to the Artist Presale.
Once you follow the link, you'll need to join a queue. We recommend joining the waiting room 30 minutes before the sale starts. You don't need a code to join the Artist Presales, as access is linked to your account.

U2.com Presale
Paid U2.com subscribers get first access to tickets during the presale. There's a limit of four tickets per show. The U2.com Subscriber Presale starts on the following dates:
- Feedback Group - Monday 2 November at 10:00 local time
- The Hype Group - Tuesday 3 November at 10:00 local time
To join the queue for the U2.com Subscriber Presale: Feedback Group, the email address on your Ticketmaster account must exactly match the email address associated with your paid U2.com subscription.
If the email addresses don't match, you won't be able to join the queue for the Feedback Group presale.
How do I update the email address on my Ticketmaster account?
To update your email address:
- Sign in to your Ticketmaster account on a desktop computer.
- Go to Profile Details in your account.
- Update your email address to exactly match the email address associated with your paid U2.com subscription.
- Complete any required verification steps.
Both groups use a unique presale access code to unlock tickets.
Can I subscribe to U2.com and get a presale code?
Yes. New paid subscribers join The Hype Group and receive a code. Free U2.com accounts aren't eligible.
Does a free U2.com account count?
No. Presale codes are only available to paid subscribers.
Does a code guarantee tickets?
No. Codes give you access to a presale but don't guarantee tickets. Tickets are limited and subject to availability.
How many tickets can I book?
There's a limit of four tickets per show.
How do I know which priority presale group I'm in?
There are two U2.com Subscriber Presale groups. You can find yours on your U2 Account Info page.
- Feedback Group - Subscribers who were current, paid-up subscribers at 00:00 IST/BST / 01:00 CEST on Friday 25 September 2026, and have kept their subscription active without a lapse.
- The Hype Group - Paid subscribers who joined or renewed after that time have access on the second day of the U2.com Subscriber Presale.

Visa Presale
The Visa Presale begins on Wednesday 4 November at 10:00 local time, with a ticket limit of four. It ends on Wednesday 4 November at 22:00 local time. A Visa payment method is required to access this presale.
Album Pre-order Presale
The Album Pre-order Presale begins on Wednesday 4 November at 10:00 local time, with a ticket limit of four. It ends on Wednesday 4 November at 22:00 local time. Visit the relevant album pre-order provider for access instructions.

Accessible Tickets
Accessible tickets can be purchased online directly from your event’s interactive seat map or by contacting the venue.
Venues are solely responsible for setting their own accessible ticket policies. The availability, type and location of accessible tickets will vary by venue. Venues decide where their accessible tickets are sold and may choose to sell these tickets themselves.
Accessing your mobile tickets
You can access your ticket details in the Ticketmaster App. The Event Organiser will make the scannable ticket available closer to the date of your event. You'll be able to see your booking, but you won't have access to the ticket barcode until then.
Before leaving for your event, we recommend viewing your ticket in the Ticketmaster App or adding it to a mobile wallet to avoid internet connection issues at the venue.
Transferring or selling your tickets
The Event Organiser hasn't activated Ticket Transfer or Resale at this time. These options may become available closer to the event, so check for updates.
