Tickets for certain events will be delivered as an AXS Mobile ID via The OVO Arena, Wembley app, so you'll need to download the app on your mobile and sign up with the same email address you used to place your order so that you can access your tickets.
AXS Mobile ID allows you to manage your tickets digitally, with the option of transferring them easily among your party right up until show time.
Don’t worry if you can’t see your order in The OVO Arena, Wembley app straight away. Your tickets will be available to download in The OVO Arena, Wembley app closer to the event. We will notify you by email when your tickets are ready to download. This should be no later than approximately 5 days before the event date.

How do I get into the venue on event night?
With AXS Mobile ID, your one-of-a-kind barcode gets you into the venue quickly. Please have your AXS Mobile ID barcode displayed on the venue app when you approach the venue entrance, Wi-Fi is available at all entrances, but your ticket will work without WI-FI in place.
Please also do the following:
- Ensure you have the latest version of the app installed
- Have your phones date and time settings set to automatic
- Ensure your screen is set to maximum brightness.
Show your AXS Mobile ID ticket to the Guest Services Representative who will scan it through a hand-held device and admit you to the venue.
I cannot see my order in the venue app
Please check the following:
- Ensure you have downloaded the latest version of the venue app
- Check that you are trying to login using the same email address used to place the order
- Was a typo made in the email address used when making the booking? This can be resolved by getting in touch with your ticket agent
My AXS Mobile ID QR code does not display in my order in the venue app
The tickets have not been released as yet. This will be intentional. If it’s less than 1 week before the event date, please contact us.
What if I don't have a smartphone or can't download The OVO Arena, Wembley app?
If you do not have a smartphone, another way to gain entry to the venue is with the credit/debit card used to make the booking.
To use this option, all members of the booking will need to be with the ticket purchaser.
You must provide your actual credit/debit card that you used for the purchase along with some photo ID (such as a driving licence or passport) in order to enter the event. The name on your photo ID must match the name on the credit/debit card used for the ticket purchase; otherwise you will be refused entry to the event. If you have a new card since the time of booking, you’ll need to contact customer services to update the booking details.
What if I lose my phone or run out of battery on show night?
Please visit the box office at the venue on show night.
