My tickets are in The OVO Arena Wembley app, what does this mean?

You can download the app for iOS or Android using the links below.

Tickets for certain events will be delivered as an AXS Mobile ID via The OVO Arena, Wembley app, so you'll need to download the app on your mobile and sign up with the same email address you used to place your order so that you can access your tickets.

AXS Mobile ID allows you to manage your tickets digitally, with the option of transferring them easily among your party right up until show time.

We'll notify you by email closer to the event when your tickets are ready to download. This should be no later than approximately five days before the event date.

How do I download my ticket?

1. Once you receive the email from your point of purchase, download the OVO Arena, Wembley app.
2. Select My Tickets.
3. Enter the email address associated with your Ticketmaster account.
4. Follow the steps to download your ticket.
