⚠️ A smartphone is required for events that are mobile-only or if you've booked mobile tickets
To learn more about The O2 Venue App, check out the app page on The O2 site.
You can download the O2 Venue app for iOS or Android using the links below.
Tickets for certain events will be delivered as a Mobile ID via The O2 Venue App, so you'll need to download the app on your mobile and sign up with the same email address you used to place your order so that you can access your tickets.
Only one barcode will be issued per booking unless tickets are transferred to other attendees. To transfer a ticket, view your order on The O2 Venue App and a transfer button will be presented at the bottom of your ticket. Select the ticket/seat you want to transfer and then enter the recipient's name and email address. You'll then be asked to review the transfer. Click the 'Transfer' button and your guest will receive a notification via email.
Mobile ID allows you to manage your tickets digitally, with the option of transferring them easily among your party right up until show time.
Don’t worry if you can’t see your order in The O2 Venue App straight away. Your tickets will be available to download in The O2 Venue App closer to the event. We'll notify you by email when your tickets are ready to download. This should be no later than 48 hours before the event date (if booked prior to the week before the event), otherwise tickets will show up to 24 hours before the event.
Please check below for some helpful FAQs:
How do I get into the venue on event night?
With Mobile ID, your one-of-a-kind barcode gets you into the venue quickly. Please have your Mobile ID barcode displayed on the venue app when you approach the venue entrance. Wi-Fi is available at all entrances, but your ticket will work without WI-FI in place. Please note that a screenshot of your Mobile ID will not work. For security purposes, the barcode changes every 59 seconds.
You should also do the following:
- Ensure you have the latest version of the app installed
- Have your phones date and time settings set to automatic
- Ensure your screen is set to maximum brightness
Show your Mobile ID ticket to the Guest Services Representative who will scan it through a hand-held device and admit you to the venue.
I can't see my order in the venue app
Please check the following:
- Ensure you have downloaded the latest version of the venue app
- Check that you are trying to login using the same email address used to place the order
- Was a typo made in the email address used when making the booking? This can be resolved by getting in touch with your ticket agent
My Mobile ID QR code does not display in my order in the venue app
The tickets have not been released as yet. This will be intentional. If it’s less than 1 week before the event date, please contact us.
Why do I need to download an app to enter the show?
The technology provided through the venue app offers a secure and trusted ticketing experience. When you use the venue app, you receive a revolving QR code which is not just a ticket - It is your event identity and works to eliminate ticket fraud and theft. This code allows you to enter events with a simple, yet secure scan and works with or without internet connection.
What if I lose my phone or run out of battery on show night?
Please visit the box office at the venue on show night.
The concert has been postponed/rescheduled, where are my tickets?
Postponed event tickets will return to fans’ accounts once a new date is announced.
If the event has been rescheduled and your tickets are still not displaying a week before the show, please contact us.
