You can download the app for iOS or Android using the links below.
Tickets for certain events will be delivered as a Mobile ID via The O2 Venue App, so you'll need to download the app on your mobile and sign up with the same email address you used to place your order so that you can access your tickets.
Only one barcode will be issued per booking unless tickets are transferred to other attendees.
How do I transfer my tickets on The O2 Venue App?
To transfer a ticket, follow these steps:
- View your order on The O2 Venue App.
- Select the transfer button at the bottom of your ticket.
- Select the ticket you want to transfer.
- Enter the recipient's name and email address.
- Tap Transfer and your recipient will receive an email notification.
We'll email closer to the event when your tickets are ready to download. This should be no later than 48 hours before the event date (if booked prior to the week before the event), otherwise tickets will show up to 24 hours before the event.

How do I download my ticket?
- Once you receive the email from your point of purchase, download The O2 venue app.
- Select My Tickets.
- Enter the email address associated with your Ticketmaster account.
- Follow the steps to download your ticket.
