The VIP or Meet & Greet schedules are typically finalised closer to the event date, so we can’t confirm specific times when you first book.
When the Event Organisers confirm the details, we’ll email all Meet & Greet ticket holders to let them know. This can sometimes be a few days before the event, but if you still haven’t received an email 24 hours before the event, contact Fan Support.
If you’re not attending the event, the attendee will be able to take a photo ID of the original purchaser to gain access to the event in most cases. This information will be confirmed by email.
