We can't offer exchanges or refunds unless an event is cancelled, so we offer you the chance to insure your booking during the checkout process. At this point, you have to either select “Yes” to add insurance or “No” if you don’t want to. If you don’t select either of the options, we default to “No”, as it's important to us that you're clear on anything being added to your order. If you select ‘Yes’, we confirm that insurance is being added to your order along with any extra charges.
If you have booked ticket insurance by accident and you don't need it, please contact Allianz to cancel the policy within 21 days of the booking. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel the policy for you as you are now the policyholder and we can't refund the amount to you as the funds are already with Allianz.
