Why do my 'Platinum' or 'In Demand' Tickets have a different price to what I paid?

On some occasions your tickets may be printed by a third party who doesn't have access to our systems or the individual price paid for your seats. They're required to provide a price to print on the tickets, so it may not reflect the price you paid.
