Don't worry if you don't receive a confirmation of booking via email, you can see your booking confirmation by logging into your online account and checking your order history.
Please see below for a step to step guide for this:
- Click here to log into your account/if you haven't got an account, you can create one by going to the Ticketmaster homepage, click 'Sign in/Register' and you'll be given the option to sign up.
- Click on 'My Tickets' in the menu on the left
- Click on 'View Upcoming Events'
- From here you will see all your orders
- If you would like to view a receipt for your order, just click on your order, then click on 'View Order Receipt'
For any bookings made over the phone, you'll receive a confirmation but it will not show on your online account. If you have not received your confirmation, you can request another one by clicking here.
Please make sure that your e-mail address is up to date before making a purchase.
