How can I ensure my tickets are from an authorised retailer?
Ticketmaster Theatre tickets are sold by members of Secure Tickets from Authorised Retailers to ensure their authenticity. To see if your preferred retailer is a member, visit www.star.org.uk or by calling the STAR helpline at 0844 879 4272.
STAR members undertake to:
- Clearly identify the face value of any tickets purchased and any additional booking fees
- Highlight any terms and conditions, including transferability, cancellation and viewing restrictions
- Handle bookings in a polite and courteous manner, giving the highest standards of professional service
What should I do if I haven't received my confirmation email?
If you haven't received a confirmation email after 10 minutes and think you may have entered an incorrect email address, contact Fan Support.
Managing your tickets
Why can't I see my order in my Ticketmaster account?
Ticketmaster Theatre orders won’t appear in your Ticketmaster account. If you’re not sure if your order went through, the payment will show on your statement within a few days under the reference Ticketmaster Theatre London.
Can I make changes to the booking details after the booking has been completed?
If you need to change details on your booking, contact Fan Support.
Can I exchange or refund my tickets?
If the performance you’ve booked for is cancelled or rescheduled, you’ll receive an email from us with more info on what to do next. When the show is completely cancelled, your order will be cancelled and refunded automatically unless it says otherwise in our email. If you want to attend the same show on another date instead, contact Fan Support.
When will tickets sent by post arrive?
Your tickets will be dispatched by standard post as soon as possible. You should usually receive your tickets three working days after your booking. If you don't receive your tickets 72 hours before the performance, contact Fan Support.
Can I change my delivery method?
Once you’ve completed your order, we’re no longer able to change the delivery option and address you’ve chosen.
