For some events, the Event Organiser or artist team will put a lead booker policy in place which requires that the holder of the card used to purchase the tickets, also known as the lead booker, will need to attend the event in person. When an event requires the lead booker, we’ll make it clear during the booking process.
What do I need to get in as the lead booker?
To gain admission, the lead booker must at any point be able to provide each of the items below:
- The digital or physical ticket
- The booking confirmation
- A valid photo ID matching the fan name on the booking confirmation and the credit card
Where can I find my booking confirmation?
If you've provided us an email address, then you should receive a booking confirmation within 72 hours of the purchase. You can also see your booking details in your Ticketmaster Account by checking your order history. Visit our help page for step-by-step instructions.
Can I change the name on the booking?
We’re unable to change the name on your booking once the purchase process has been completed.
Can I transfer or resell the tickets?
The Event Organisers want to ensure that as many fans as possible get tickets, they’ve implemented the lead booker policy to prevent the tickets from being resold or transferred. If tickets are put up for resale, they’ll immediately become invalid.
