Can I buy authorised merchandise on-site?
There will be a merch stand selling official items.
All merch is subject to availability.
Will there be food and drink available to purchase?
Yes, bars will sell alcoholic and soft drinks, and concession stands will offer a variety of hot and cold food, including vegan and gluten-free options.
You can bring empty reusable plastic bottles into the venue, and there will be water refill points on site.
If you have a medical condition and need to bring any entry items such as medication, please bring a medical certificate/prescription letter to coincide with this for security to check on arrival. All items are subject to security checks/discretion.

How can I get into the venue?
Please enter via the gate detailed on your ticket. Further details are located on the site map below. There will be lots of stewards on site to assist if you need this. The Box Office located by the Gate 3 and will be open from the doors time until the headline act comes on stage.
What is the age restriction for this event?
Standing areas: aged 14+.
Reserved Seats: aged 5+, Under 14’s must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.
Policy on Drugs and Alcohol
The venue operate a zero-tolerance policy on drugs.
Any attempt to enter the event with any illegal substances will result in ejection and your ticket will become void.
The venue reserve the right to refuse entry if they feel that you are drunk and/or under the influence of drugs, and no ticket refunds will be issued.
Illegal and antisocial behaviour will not be tolerated and will lead to ejection from the event without a refund.
If you are lucky enough to look under 25 you will be asked for I.D. to purchase alcohol.
The venue reserves the right to refuse service.
Acceptable ID includes a photographic driving licence, British passport, or photographic identification bearing the “PASS” logo and the person’s date of birth.
It is an offence to attempt to purchase alcohol if you are under the age of 18.

Bags larger than A4 size are not allowed, and there is no bag storage area.

Is the venue accessible?
Entrance - The venue have a dedicated accessible entrance at Gate 2, shown on the site map below:
If you have an ‘accessible viewing platform’ ticket, you will have a choice of 2 different platforms, all situated next to each other. Each platform is on a first come first served basis (platform 2 has a BSL). Please be assured you will have a space on a platform if you have a designated ticket.
British Sign Interpreting – if you require a BSL, please ensure you use platform 2 (the middle platform).
You can find accessible toilets at each of the toilet blocks around the site, including the West and North Stands, and at the West and East Fan Villages.
KultureCity - Sensory room
KultureCity (kulturecity.org/coldplay) is making Coldplay Music of the Spheres Tour sensory inclusive!
At each show, the organisation will be providing sensory bags and access to a mobile sensory room. These resources are designed to help individuals with sensory needs feel more comfortable and supported during the concert.
Sensory Bags: Their sensory bags are equipped with noise-cancelling headphones, fidget tools, sunglasses, and a communication card. These items are carefully selected to assist individuals in managing sensory input and creating a more enjoyable experience.
Mobile Sensory Room: Our sensory room is a calm and safe space available to anyone who feels overwhelmed during the concert. It provides a sanctuary where individuals can take a break, relax, and recharge before returning to the event.

What is the address?
Sewell Group Craven Park: Poorhouse Ln, Hull, HU9 5HE
Due to road closures which will be in place for your safety, and limited parking options around the site, the venue recommend getting the special shuttle bus that is in place for this event.
Park & Ride
Stagecoach will operate a Hessle Park & Ride service for £20 per car (which covers up to 5 passengers). This can be booked online.
Pre-booking is essential to guarantee your spot in the car park.
We do really encourage using the public transport in place where possible to be as sustainable as you can with travel.
Big Green Coach
Big Green Coach are running services from various points, please see the website for further details about locations and how to book. All tickets are subject to availability.
Is there a shuttle bus?
Yellow’ shuttle service by Stagecoach running between Hull City Centre and the stadium. Pre-booking is strongly advised to ensure enough capacity for the service is in place. See more details in the “Event Shuttles” section on the Hull KR website.
Travelling by train
There will exclusive FREE train travel for Coldplay ticket holders kindly offered by Hull Trains on the specific return route: Doncaster – Selby – Howden – Brough – Hull.

London (Wembley Stadium) events have a ticket limit of 6 per code during the presale.
Hull (Craven Park) events have a ticket limit of 4 per code during the presale, and 4 per household during the general sale.
Companion tickets are included within the total ticket limit. Tickets in excess of this will be cancelled.

1. General Sale ticket sales are limited to 4 per household, per show in Hull and 6 per household, per show in London. Only tickets purchased through approved agents are valid. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission.
2. Ticket resale is permitted at no more than the price you paid (face value + booking fees). Please only use Ticketmaster's or the artist’s official resale partner – please see the artist’s website for more details. Selling tickets through unauthorised resale platforms will breach these T&Cs and those tickets may be cancelled.
3. A ticket is a personal, revocable license and, at all times, remains the property of the Promoters. Tickets must be surrendered to the Promoters upon request.
