To access or manage your tickets, you'll need to download the Co-op Live app from the iOS App Store or the Google Play Store. The Co-op Membership app is a separate app and will not get you into the venue.
Once you've downloaded the app, select the tab that applies to you based on your original point of purchase:

- Before heading to the venue, sign in on the Co-op Live app with your Ticketmaster credentials.
- Tap My Tickets and find your order. Don't worry if you can't see them yet. Tickets will be activated in the Co-op Live app no later than five days before the day of the event.

Fans who have booked with third party ticket agents such as See Tickets, Gigs and Tours or AXS will need to complete the following steps to access their tickets:
- Open the Co-op Live app. Please ensure that your app is version 1.1 or later by navigation to the Profile section and selecting About under the Help & Policies section.
- Tap the button Log in with your Ticketmaster account. This option must be selected even if you don’t have a Ticketmaster account.
- Enter the email address that you used to purchase your tickets.
- If you’re an existing Ticketmaster fan your tickets will already be in your account. Enter your password and sign in to the app.
- If you’re not a Ticketmaster fan, tap the Forgot Password button and follow the instructions to create a new password and access your tickets.
- Then you’ll be prompted to link your accounts.
- Once you've linked them, navigate to the Tickets section of the app to view your tickets.
- Open the Co-op Live app. Please ensure that your app is version 1.1 or later by navigation to the Profile section and selecting About under the Help & Policies section.
Tickets can only be viewed and scanned in the Co-op Live app at this time.
If don't have a Ticketmaster account, your tickets will still be placed in a Ticketmaster My Account for the purpose of accessing the venue.
Tap the Forgot Password button and follow the instructions to create a new password and access your tickets.
When you arrive at your event, present the ticket on the app to get scanned for entry. Set your screen to the maximum brightness for easy scanning.
If you’re having a problem with your Co-op Live app please check the following:
- Ensure you've downloaded the latest version of the venue app.
- Check that you are trying to sign in using the same email address used to place the order.
- Make sure your email address is correct. If there's a typo, contact Fan Support.
Try downloading the Co-op Live app again once you arrive in the UK.
Navigate to the Tickets section of the Co-op Live app and view your ticket. Take a screenshot of the ticket and share the image using the options presented on your phone.
