If you're unable to access our app, use your mobile web browser to add your tickets to your mobile wallet.
If you’re looking to sell your tickets using the barcode, follow the steps below according to your ticket delivery:
Mobile tickets

1. Sign into your My Account.
2. Select your order in My Events.
3. Tap Ticket Details on each of your tickets. -
1. Sign into your My Account.
2. Select your order in the My Tickets section.
3. Tap the i symbol in the top right corner and scroll to see your barcode.
PDF or printed tickets
The barcode is typically located under the barcode symbol. It may be printed on the ticket or PDF more than once.
