How do I accept transferred tickets?

Accepting tickets is easy! Follow these steps and you’ll have your tickets in no time:

1. Click the Accept Tickets link in your email.
2. Sign in or create a new account - make sure you use the same email for your account and that the tickets were sent to.
3. To view your tickets, select View Tickets.

The transfer email may take a few hours to come through. If you can’t find the email, check your junk and spam folders or try using a different browser on a desktop or laptop.

For your own security, it’s a good idea to know and trust the person transferring tickets to you.

Will the person transferring the tickets know I’ve accepted them?

Once you accept the ticket, the sender receives a notification letting them know the Ticket Transfer has been successful.

How do I accept my tickets if I lost the email?

Ask the sender to cancel the original transfer and start a new Ticket Transfer.

Still can’t find them? Search your email using the term 'transfer' or the artist/event.

How do I find my accepted tickets if I can’t see them in My Account?

Do you have another Ticketmaster account? Your tickets may be there instead, check that first. Or, try searching for your ticket transfer email.

I received an email to transfer but get an error when I accept

To prevent errors, try these tips:

• Turn off your VPN, Apple Private Relay and other proxy servers when accepting tickets.
• If you’re signed into multiple devices, browsers, or tabs, or you’re trying to accept while using public Wi-Fi, you might run into some errors. Make sure you clear your history and cookies and try again.

If you’re still not able to accept the transfer, ask the sender to cancel the original transfer and start a new Ticket Transfer.

If you purchased a resale ticket from some other source (i.e., not through the Ticketmaster site), and that ticket was then transferred to you, you’ll need to reach out to your original point of purchase and have them resend the tickets to you.
