What time can I arrive and what are the set times?
Heaton Park gates open from 3:00pm, and the confirmed stage times are as follows:
GATES: 15:00
CAST: 18:00
RICHARD ASHCROFT: 19:00
OASIS: 20:15
CURFEW: 22:30
Is there a a prohibited items list?
Prohibited/items that are not allowed to be brought into the event are as follows:
Bags bigger than an A4 piece of paper will not be allowed including backpacks
- Chairs of any sort, including stools, shooting sticks
- Illegal substances - we operate a zero tolerance on drugs/legal highs and entry will be refused for those attempting to enter the event with any.
- Medication - please ensure you bring a prescription to coincide with any medication if you are bringing this for security to check on arrival.
- Glass (of any kind) or cans including spray cans or gas canisters
- Laser equipment or pens
- Fireworks, flares, smoke canisters, Chinese lanterns, klaxons, air horns or other similar items capable of making loud noise and any item which may reasonably be considered for use as a weapon
- Bicycles, skateboards, scooters, roller blades, personal motorised vehicles (unless a Mobility scooter - please see Access Information)
- Umbrellas or parasols of any kind
- Professional camera equipment and / or drones
- Flags and banners of any kind.
- Food & Drink, although you may bring your own refill water bottle.
- Animals (with the exception of assistance dogs), are not permitted at any time.
You may be searched on entry to the event site. Any items that may be used in an illegal or offensive manner will be confiscated. No responsibility is given for the return of confiscated items. If you are in possession of illegal substances you may be arrested.
Will there be a lost property?
Please ensure you keep your belongings with you at all times. However if you have lost something, please fill in the lost property form.
Can I bring water? / where are the water points?
You are welcome to bring an empty plastic bottle, and there will be water refill points on site. There will also be water cups available from the welfare tent to use at the refill points shown below:

Where will the welfare tent be situated?
Thee medical and welfare is located at the back of the main arena. Follow onsite signage or ask one of the many on site stewards for directions.

What happens if I need to leave the event early?
Please speak to a member of security at the exit gates. Please note, re-entry is not permitted under any circumstances.
My circumstances have changed and I can no longer stand for the entire gig, what are my options?
You are welcome to bring a foldable blanket to sit on, however please note the bag policy (no bigger than A4 size), and the terrain will be uncertain due to ever changing weather. Please note, no outside seating is permitted to be brought into the park.

Each accessible ticket comes with one free companion ticket which will be added after booking. Proof of eligibility is required after booking. Ticketmaster will contact you within 72 hours. Tickets may be cancelled if misuse is suspected.

Is there a quiet area I can go to if the crowds are overwhelming?
There is the valley area that is part of the site that will expect to be a lot quieter. There will also be a welfare tent. A site map can be found above. Please note, the welfare tent will be signposted on site and there will be many stewards available for on the day assistance/queries if you have them.
Is the accessible standing ticket in a separate area?
No, this is in the main site area, which is an open space, where all other general admission ticket holders will be. Please note this means there is no seated access, and the accessible platform is at full capacity/sold out. Outside chairs are not permitted.
How do I know if I have accessible viewing platform?
This will be on your booking confirmation as 'accessible viewing platform', please note this is separate/different to accessible standing. Only 'accessible viewing platform' ticket holders will have access to the platform space. If you are unsure of your booking, please contact the site you booked through.
Is the site wheelchair friendly?
The venue entrance lanes and accessible toilets are accessible. However please note, that the site is on a park field, the ground is a fully grassed area. Whilst the majority of this is flat, the terrain will remain uncertain due to weather conditions.
I have general admission Accessible Standing, can I go to the viewing platform?
This is not possible. The viewing platform is for fan who have a reserved 'accessible viewing platform' ticket and this is now at full capacity.
Do you have accessible toilets?
Yes accessible toilets will be available on every block and will operate on an honest basis, therefore no Radar Key is required.
I need to bring medication, is this OK?
Yes of course, please just ensure you have a doctor's note/prescription and medical information to coincide with this for security to check on arrival.
Can I bring outside food for medical reasons?
There will be a variety of food vendors catering to all dietary requirements. If you have a severe allergy/medical condition please bring a medical note to coincide with any food that you may need to bring.
Can I use the accessible entrance?
There is no dedicated accessible entrance, all entrances will have a wider lane suitable for accessible customers. Please note, this won't affect entry, the venue have multiple entry points to control the flow of customers entering the site.

Front Standing
Why is the concert arena at Heaton Park being divided?
The Safety Advisory Group for the Heaton Park shows has divided the concert arena into two areas: a General Admission area and a Front Standing area each with a dedicated ticket and entry gate issued in advance. This is to ensure fan safety and improve the fan experience whilst entering the site.
How do I know if I have entry to Front Standing?
For those who opted into the front standing ballot, and were lucky enough to be successful, the lead booker will have since been emailed to confirm this.
Your entrance point will be detailed on your ticket.
If you have a Pre-Show Party & Exhibition, Merchandise & Exhibition ticket then you will be allowed access to the front pit standing area with the wristband you will be provided with on arrival.
When does the opt in period to be in the Front Standing area at Heaton Park close?
The opt in link is open now and will close at 12noon UK time on 30th May 2025.
Can I choose to stay in the General Admission area at Heaton Park?
If you have tickets in the Front Standing area, you will need to enter the event through the designated area for Front Standing.
Can I opt in for the chance to access the Front Standing area at Heaton Park for some of my tickets, not all?
No, opting in to access to the Front Standing area applies to your whole order – you cannot split up tickets.
When will my designated area at Heaton Park be confirmed?
You’ll receive a notification no later than 20th June 2025 confirming your allocated area and gate entry information.
Does the division between general admission and front standing apply to Heaton Park shows only?
Yes.
I have multiple separate orders for Heaton Park – what should I do?
You will receive an email for each order. If you would like to opt in for the chance to access the Front Standing area, you will need to follow the link on each email sent to you.
Hospitality Area
Where is the hospitality area?
The area will be signposted on site and detailed on the map above.
What time does the hospitality area close?
9.30pm, which means you won't be able to use the area after this time.
I have a hospitality ticket, how do I gain entry?
Please enter the site via the Valley Gate. You will be provided with a hospitality wristband on arrival, which will allow you to come and go to use the area.
Please note - if you have a front standing ticket once you enter front standing you will be not able to return to the hospitality area.
If I have a Hospitality area ticket what does this get me?
This includes a general admission ticket to the main public arena, please note this does not include front pit standing**
You then also get, access to the hospitality area* which includes:
- A bar and street food vendors
- A chill out area with seating
- Premium toilet facilities
*Kindly be advised you are responsible for paying for your own beverages and snacks / There is not a separate standing area for hospitality ticket holders / The hospitality area is not stage facing, you will need to access the main arena to watch the show / Any seating is subject to availability; seating type is likely to be beanbags/benches.
**Please note - if you were also successful with the ballot of opting in for front standing, then you can watch the show from the front standing area, a separate email will have been sent to the lead booker to confirm this. If you did not opt in/were not successful then your ticket will not have front standing access. If you are unsure if you have this, please contact the site you booked through.
Travel Information
Parking
There are no official car parks for this event, the Event Organisers advise alternate transport methods; dedicated city centre event bus, walking, tram or regular bus services.
Dedicated Event bus straight into Heaton Park
Departure: Lever Street, Manchester, M1. W3W/// gossip.unfair.usage
Arrival: Bus Park (North Gate) within Heaton Park - can be used by all ticket types.
You will be able to board any shuttle service to and from Heaton Park with a valid ticket.
Tickets are available through the Bee Network App, return tickets are priced £10.
Note, services are expected to be busy, to avoid delays, we recommend that you plan to travel early.
Shuttles will run from 13:30 - 19:00 to Heaton Park and from 22:15 back to Manchester, from a dedicated bus station inside Heaton Park, accessed through North Gate.

Walking
There will be a well signposted walking route directly from Exchange Square/Victoria station along Cheetham Hill Road / Bury Old Road. This is the best route to take before and after the concerts. It is well lit, has plenty of services along the way and will ensure you do not get lost! It's the most direct route from City Centre to the venue and back. It is likely to be the quickest way back to city centre after the show. It is approximately a 50 minute walk along Cheetham Hill Road to the Park.
