Tickets for certain events will be delivered as a Mobile ID via the All Points East 2022 App, so you'll need to download the app on your mobile and sign up with the same email address you used to place your order so that you can access your tickets.

How can I download my tickets to the app?
Your point of purchase will be in touch via email when your tickets are available to download to the app. Once you receive the notification, please download the APE app, go to ‘My Tickets’ and enter the email address you purchased your tickets with. Follow the steps to download your ticket.
How do I transfer my ticket/s to someone else?
Once you have downloaded your tickets to the app, open ‘My Tickets’ and tap ‘Transfer’. Enter the email address of the person you would like to transfer your tickets to, making sure it’s the correct email. Both yourself and the person you have transferred your ticket/s to will receive a notification by email. The person you have transferred your tickets to will then be able to view the tickets in the APE app.
I can’t download the app. How do I access my ticket?
Please contact your point of purchase and they can advise on how to proceed.
When will set times be available?
Set times will be added closer to the event. It will be announced on our socials as soon as they’re available to view within the app.
