Tickets for certain events will be delivered through the All Points East app. Download the app on an Apple or Android device and sign up with the email address associated with your Ticketmaster account.
How do I download my ticket?
- Once you receive the email from your point of purchase, download the APE app.
- Select My Tickets.
- Enter the email address associated with your Ticketmaster account.
- Follow the steps to download your ticket.
What should I do if I can’t download the app?
Contact your point of purchase and they can advise on how to proceed.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets. Visit the FAQ How do I transfer tickets? for more information. The person you have transferred your tickets to will then be able to view the tickets in the APE app.
When will set times be available?
Set times will be added closer to the event. They will be announced on the All Points East socials as soon as they’re available to view within the app.
