Ticket Dispatch ✉️
Tickets for this show are e-tickets and your phone is your ticket. Locate your tickets in your Ticketmaster account, or in your app. When you purchase mobile tickets, your tickets will not be emailed to you or available for print. Your mobile barcodes may not be available straight away. It’s nothing to worry about, just an added security feature. Your mobile tickets will appear in your account around 5 days before your event.
Age Restrictions 👶
Frameless is suitable for a general audience of all ages. Children under 3 (including babes in arms) can enter free, but will still require a ticket (this can be selected at the same time as adult tickets). Children 3-17 require a Child ticket.
Ticket Limits ⛔️
A maximum of 8 tickets per person and per household applies. Tickets in excess of 8 will be cancelled.
If you’re planning on booking for a large group (8+ tickets), please submit a query.
Please note:
*Group bookings to be made on any day Frameless is in operation at any given timeslot (subject to capacity).
*Maximum group size is 70.
*A Ticketmaster account is required to make a booking.
Accessible Tickets ♿️
Select required ticket & change 'Ticket Quantity' to 1 ticket then select 1 free companion (Free Companion ticket must be added at the time of booking along with the paid ticket). By purchasing accessible ticket(s), you confirm you or a member of your party require this position. Proof of eligibility/disability must be provided before the event. Booking Confirmation 👍
Once you've made your booking you will receive your booking reference number to give us if you have any queries about your booking. You will also get a booking confirmation emailed to the email address you gave us at the time of booking, but this can take up to 72 hours to receive.
