Tickets for an O2 Academy Venue will be delivered through their app. Download the app on an Apple or Android device and sign up with the email address associated with your Ticketmaster account.
Only one barcode will be issued per booking unless tickets are transferred to other attendees. To transfer a ticket, check out our Ticket Transfer FAQs page.
Ticket delivery
We’ll notify you by email when your tickets are ready to download. If you booked prior to the week before the event, the tickets should be available no later than 48 hours before the event date. Otherwise, tickets will show up to 24 hours before the event.
Using the O2 Academy Venues app
How do I get into the venue on the day of the event?
- Before leaving for the event, open the O2 Academy Venues app. Ensure you have the latest version of the app.
- Find your order in Tickets.
- When you arrive, show your mobile ticket to the Guest Services Representative who will scan it through a hand-held device for entry. Screenshots of your mobile ticket won’t work.
To avoid issues with the scanner, update your device’s date and time settings to automatic and ensure your screen is set to maximum brightness.
What should I do if I can’t see my tickets?
If we’ve notified you that your tickets are available but you can’t find them in the app, check your sign-in information. You must use the email address associated with your Ticketmaster account to access the tickets. If you find a typo made in the email address used when making the booking, contact Fan Support.
What if I lose my phone or run out of battery on show night?
Visit the box office at the venue.
When will I receive my tickets if the concert has been postponed or rescheduled?
Postponed event tickets will return to fan’s accounts once a new date is announced. Contact Fan Support if your event has been rescheduled and your tickets are still not displaying a week before the show.
