Tickets for BST Hyde Park 2022 will be delivered via the BST Hyde Park App, so you'll need to download the app on your mobile and sign up with the same email address you used to place your order so that you can access your tickets.
Don’t worry if you can’t see your order in the BST Hyde Park App straight away. Your tickets will be available to download in the app closer to the event. We will notify you by email when your tickets are ready to download. This should be no later than 48 hours before the event date (if booked prior to the week before the event), otherwise tickets will show up to 24 hours before the event.

How can I download my tickets to the app?
We will be in touch via email when your tickets are available to download to the app. Customers with tickets to the first weekend of shows will be able to download their tickets first, within the next 7 days. Tickets for second and third weekend customers will follow.
Once you receive the email, please download the BST app, go to ‘My Tickets’ and enter the email address you purchased your tickets with. Follow the steps to download your ticket.
How do I get into the venue on the day of the event?
With the BST Hyde Park App, your one-of-a-kind barcode gets you into the venue quickly. Please have your Mobile ID barcode displayed on the venue app when you approach the venue entrance, Wi-Fi is available at all entrances, but your ticket will work without WI-FI in place.
Please also do the following:
- Ensure you have the latest version of the app installed
- Have your phones date and time settings set to automatic
- Ensure your screen is set to maximum brightness.
I cannot see my order in the app
Please check the following:
- Ensure you have downloaded the latest version of the BST Hyde Park app
- Check that you are trying to login using the same email address used to place the order
- Was a typo made in the email address used when making the booking? This can be resolved by getting in touch with us
