Tickets for events at Wembley Stadium will be delivered through their app. If you don't have access to mobile device for your tickets, please let us know now and we’ll help you before match day.
I have access needs. Can I still get my ticket?
Yes. Please contact Wembley Stadium's Accessibility team as early as possible so they can make sure you can get into the stadium easily. You can also visit their Access Information page for more information about their accessible services.
Accessing your ticket
To access your tickets, follow these steps:
- Download the Wembley Stadium App from the App Store or Google Play.
- Create or sign in to an FA account within the Wembley Stadium App account.
- Sign into Ticketmaster using the email associated with your ticket purchase. If ticket purchaser transferred the tickets to you, sign in with the email they sent the invite to.
- Find your order in My Tickets to see your entrance, block, row and seat.
- Before leaving for your event, add your tickets to your mobile wallet so that you’ll always have your ticket on hand — even without internet connection. Screenshots won't get you in.
Tickets typically appear closer to the event date. We’ll email you when they are ready to view.
I purchased tickets through another site, not Ticketmaster. Why do I need to sign into Ticketmaster?
Ticketmaster delivers your tickets inside the Wembley Stadium App, even if you bought them somewhere else. If you don't have a Ticketmaster Account, make sure to make one using the same email you used to purchase tickets or received the transfer invite to.
Why do I need an FA account to use the Wembley Stadium App?
Wembley Stadium is owned by The FA, so the Wembley Stadium App uses an FA account to keep your details secure. If you already have an FA account, for example from buying England tickets, you can use the same sign in credentials.
Why can't I see my tickets in the Wembley Stadium App?
Tickets typically appear closer to the event date. We’ll email you when they are ready to view.
If you’ve received an email that your tickets are ready to view and still can’t see them, check that you’re signed in to Ticketmaster with the email your tickets were bought with or transferred to. If the email don't match, sign out of your Ticketmaster Account within the Wembley Stadium App and sign back in with the correct email.
Can children have their own ticket on their own phone?
Children under 18 should enter with the adult whose phone holds their ticket.
