When is the Artist Presale?
The Artist Presale is on Monday, April 27, 2026 and runs from 12:00 p.m. local venue time until 11:00 p.m. local venue time. You can purchase up to 6 tickets during a presale.
How do I sign up for the Karol G Artist Presale?
Visit the Karol G Artist Presale sign up page. You can sign up any time before Friday, April 24, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. BST.
From their page, follow these steps:
1. Sign into your Ticketmaster Account. There may be additional requirements as stated on the sign up page.
2. Select the check box for the shows you’d like to join the presale for.
3. Review your selections for the correct date, time zones and location.
4. Click or tap Sign Up.
5. You're all set. Make sure you see the confirmation page to review which of your presales are hosted by us and which ones are hosted by another site
You can edit your selections up until the sign up window closes. We’ll send you an email and/or text message the day before your presales with a link to join.
How does the Karol G Artist Presale work?
Any fan that signs up has the opportunity to join the presales they selected. The day before each of your presales we’ll email you a reminder with a link to the Artist Presale.
There are several types of presales that may be available, including the Artist Presale, presales with codes, Sponsor Presales exclusively for their customers and Fan Clubs.
