All Roundhouse events are digitally ticketed, and you'll need to access your tickets via the Roundhouse Online Wallet at wallet.roundhouse.org.uk. Tickets won't be available to access in the Ticketmaster app.
To access your ticket to the show, follow these steps:
- Head to wallet.roundhouse.org.uk on the day on the event.
- Sign in using your Roundhouse account associated with the email address that was used to purchase the tickets. If you don't have one, Roundhouse will have created one for you. Just reset the password before signing in.
If you need to reset your password, you'll be taken to roundhouse.org.uk, but you need to sign in again at wallet.roundhouse.org.uk to access your ticket.
If you experience any difficulties, speak to the box office when you arrive.
Your name and email address will be shared with Roundhouse in order to facilitate digital ticket delivery. Your details will not be used for marketing purposes and will be anonymised after the event.
