How do I update my card details in my account?

You can change your payment information from your Ticketmaster Account. Any updates made to your profile will only affect future purchases and won’t impact past orders.

1. Sign into your Ticketmaster Account.
2. Under My Profile, click Billing Information.
3. Locate the outdated or incorrect payment option in the Payout Accounts section and click Delete.
4. Click Yes, Delete on the delayed payment warning if you wish to continue.
5. In the same section, click the + Add New Card button.
6. Enter your account information and choose Add New Card.
