When you book tickets on a deposit scheme or payment plan, you should receive a list of instalment dates via email to let you know when you can expect us to take payment for the tickets. Tickets purchased using the deposit scheme will be paid in separate instalments, with the first one being taken at the point of purchase.
Payments will be taken on the dates listed but may take a few days to show on your statements, so don't worry if they don't show up straight away. We can't change the payment dates. If your payment fails, we'll contact you to try and take payment again.
Updating your saved cards in your Ticketmaster account won't change the card linked to pre-existing bookings, so instalments will still be charged to the original card used to book the tickets.
