It normally takes around 48 hours for the order to be processed, and during this time you may not be able to see the order in your online account, this is normal and it will be added once the process is complete.
Please note, during sales for larger events it could take slightly longer to see your tickets, so please bear with us.
To locate your order after this time, simply login to Your Account and under "My Tickets", click View Upcoming Events, then View Resale Orders.
Resale orders won't show on the mobile app, so please check this on a desktop version of the site.
Due to the improvements that many event organisers are implementing, such as contactless entry, we may not have details on a delivery method for your tickets until much nearer the time. When all the details are confirmed, we will be in touch.
