Providing the tickets have not been dispatched, we’ll be happy to change your address. Let us know your new details by contacting Fan Support. Updating your address details in your My Account won’t have changed the delivery address for tickets you’ve already bought.
International or travelling fans
If you’re traveling to your event, we’d suggest waiting until closer to your travel date before changing your address as we try to get your tickets sent as early as possible. Contact Fan Support if your tickets haven’t arrived at least one week before you travel, or you won’t be able to sign for them.
Or, we may be able to deliver your tickets to your hotel. Contact Fan Support and provide the hotel’s full address, including the postcode, your arrival date or reservation number, and the booking name.
If you purchase tickets up to 10 days before the event date, you’ll need to provide a UK address as we won’t be able to dispatch these overseas.
