Where possible, we will reissue Resale tickets and let you know about the dispatch method a few days after your purchase.
Often tickets are not available until nearer the event date, including mobile and print-at-home tickets. Physical tickets that need posting to you will arrive no later than 5 days before the event.
If you want to check the delivery status of your order, check our dispatch update page here – we update this page every day! If your event has been printed please wait until 5 days before the event to contact us, and if your event isn't listed yet, please bear with us as more events are being added to the page all the time. If your tickets are being sent to an address outside the UK please allow until 5 days before you leave for the UK to contact us, so you give your tickets enough time to arrive.
Occasionally, we can't reissue the tickets and ask the Seller to post them straight to you.
If we have let you know that the seller is dispatching the tickets to you, they will have been asked to provide a Royal Mail tracking number. As soon as we have this we will let you know so you can check the progress of the delivery.
We normally ask the seller to dispatch tickets no later than 5 days before the event, but if you have purchased your tickets close to the event date it is possible you will receive them only a few days before.
