If you've purchased tickets close to the event date or on the day of the event, allow up to an hour for your order to be processed. If you don’t see your tickets an hour before your event, contact Fan Support.
Occasionally, we can't reissue the tickets so we ask the seller to post them straight to you. As soon as they provide us with the Royal Mail tracking number, we’ll let you know so you can check the progress of the delivery. If you purchased your tickets close to the event date, it’s possible you'll receive them only a few days before.

If you’re an international fan, your delivery may take longer. Allow until five days before you leave for the UK to contact Fan Support.
