I need help accessing my mobile tickets
If you’re having any issues with accessing your mobile tickets, check here first for some simple troubleshooting steps which often resolve the most common queries without the need to wait for a response from the team!
I can see the order in my account, but the barcodes aren’t available
If the barcodes aren’t available yet, there should be a message in your account to give you some more information.
If it says “Your tickets aren’t quite ready yet”, this means they’ll be available in your account around 5 days before your event. It’s nothing to worry about, just an added security feature.
If you see any other message, mobile delivery may still be delayed until 5 days before – check to see if your event is listed here!
I can’t access my tickets in the app
Please make sure you have the most up-to-date version of the app installed on your phone to avoid any issues with barcodes.
If your app is updated and you still can’t see your tickets, or you’re unable to download the app for any reason, don’t worry! Just log into your account on our website to access your tickets.
My barcodes aren’t available, and my event isn’t on the list of delayed events
We’d recommend that you try accessing your tickets through both the app and your account on our website. If you still can’t see the barcodes, please try clearing your browser data, or use an alternative browser.
