For some events, your mobile barcodes may have a delivery delay as an added security feature. If you've booked them more than a week in advance, your mobile tickets should appear in your account within three to five days before your event. If you're unable to view your tickets and your event is taking place within the next two days, please reach out to Fan Support. Check if this affects your event on our Event Status Updates page!
