For some events, your mobile barcodes may have a delivery delay as an added security feature. If you've booked them more than a week in advance, your mobile tickets should appear in your account around five days before your event. If not, please allow up to 48 hours before the event to get in touch. Check if this affects your event on our Event Status Updates page!
