We know it can be frustrating when you've found the perfect seats, just to get halfway through the booking process and somehow end up losing them. Here are a few things to check if you're having problems:
Are you signed into your Ticketmaster account?
It's always best to make sure you're signed into your account before starting a booking. The checkout process has a time limit and if you don't book through us very often, it's a real pain when you've chosen your seats just to be timed out if you can't remember your password.
Is your billing information up to date?
It's a good idea to make sure your billing address and credit card details are up to date before you start booking. You don't want to get all the way through just to fall at the final hurdle when you can't find your card to put the new details in.
Is the Ticketmaster site open in more than one window?
Please only use one browser window at a time to hold tickets. We have systems in place to stop automated programs from booking up all the tickets – this means that if you try to hold two sets of tickets at once in separate windows, the tickets will be released.
