If you chose secure post when you booked, your tickets will be sent out with the Royal Mail Tracked service which takes 48 hours from being posted. Tickets will need a signature on delivery, but if you're not home they may be left with a neighbour - more details on that on the Royal Mail site. Or a "While you were out" card will be posted asking you to collect your tickets from your nearest delivery office. If you don't have a card you can use your tracker and some ID to collect your tickets.
If you give us an email address and a mobile when you book, Royal Mail will email and text you with your tracking details. Once you have the tracker you can check on Royal Mail's tracking system. As always, if you haven't received your tickets five days before the event, get in touch to let us know.
If you don't collect your tickets they will be returned to us, and Royal Mail will try to contact you to inform you. If your tickets are being sent back, check our FAQ page for what to do next.
