If you select Secure Post as your delivery method when you booked, your tickets will be sent out with the Royal Mail Tracked service which takes 48 hours from being posted. Royal Mail will post your tickets through your letter box and then confirm that they've been delivered by taking a photograph of the tracked item. You’ll also receive a text message once your tickets have been delivered.
You can track your tickets using the Royal Mail's tracking system. If you give us an email address and a mobile number when you book, Royal Mail will email and text you with your tracking details.
If you haven't received your tickets five days before the event, contact Fan Support.
