When you print your tickets, the cardholder’s name will appear on each ticket. We're unable to change the name on the booking as the tickets need to be in the cardholder’s name.
For most shows, the cardholder doesn't need to attend and they can just print the tickets off and give them to their friends or family to use. There are a small number of events where the cardholder does need to attend. For shows like this, we make you aware when booking, and email reminders will be sent closer to the event as well.
