Tickets usually go on sale a few months in advance, so we understand that you may move house in the meantime and need to update the address we have on record for you. We’re always happy to update this for you if the tickets haven’t been printed, but once they’ve entered into the dispatch process, unfortunately, it isn’t possible for us to make any changes, so they will go to the address you provided when you booked.
My tickets have been sent by standard post
If your tickets that have gone out standard post, please check at your old address to see if they’ve arrived. If they haven’t, don’t worry – just let us know and we’ll look into arranging replacements for you to pick up from the venue on the day.
My tickets have gone out secure post
If your tickets have been sent out by secure post, that’s because they’re not replaceable if they go missing – we use the secure postage method to make sure they can be tracked. Royal Mail will send you a text and email with your tracking details and let you know when they expect to deliver, so you’ll be able to track this on the Royal Mail website.
Royal Mail will need a signature on delivery, but anyone at the address can sign for them on the first attempt, so if you’ve moved, the new homeowner or tenant will be able to sign for the tickets. If they’re signed for, you’ll need to collect them from your old address. if no one is at the address to sign for the tickets, Royal Mail will try and leave the tickets with a neighbour.
If there’s no one to sign for the tickets and no neighbours available to take the delivery, they’ll be held at the local delivery office for you to pick them up and a "While You Were Out" card left. You can collect your ticket with the card and some ID with your name on. Don’t worry if you don’t have your “While You Were Out” card – you can still collect the tickets with the tracking number that Royal Mail has sent to you, and some ID (such as a credit or debit card, a valid passport or driving license). Or you can contact Royal Mail and they’ll try to have the tickets available to collect from a different delivery office that’s more convenient for you.
If the tickets aren’t collected from the delivery office, they’ll be returned to us. As soon as we receive the tickets back, we’ll contact you to arrange either re-sending them to your new address (with a charge) or making them available to pick up from the box office at the venue. If the tickets arrive back to us close to the event date, it may not be possible to re-send them so we could only offer box office collection at that point.
Please make sure you check your tracking number on Royal Mail’s website to make sure your tickets are on their way back – if they’ve not sent back yet, you should still be able to collect them from the delivery office.
I have a redirect to my new address
Royal Mail will redirect the tickets to your new address.
