If an event is cancelled, typically no action is required to obtain a refund for the face value of each ticket, including resale. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment used at time of purchase. You can check if your event has been altered/cancelled on our Event Status Updates page. Different rules apply to transferred and resold tickets (and some others). Refer to your email notification for your available options.
