If an event is cancelled, no action is required to obtain a refund. It will be processed to the original method of payment used at time of purchase as soon as funds are received from the Event Organiser. Different rules apply to transfer and resold tickets (and some others). Refer to your email notification for your available options.
If your event is rescheduled, moved or postponed we’ll contact you with all the information and let you know if your tickets will be valid for the new date - so please check your email, including Spam/Junk folders.
