Once your tickets have been printed, the Order Status in your account will change to reflect this. The latest you should receive the tickets is around five days before the event. To check if tickets for the event have been sent, visit our Delivery Information page.
If you booked online and your tickets are being sent by standard post, you can check your account for updates. If your tickets are Processing, we've started the delivery process and the tickets will be sent soon if they haven't already. Unfortunately, we're unable to update this to say if the tickets have been sent.
For some bigger events, we’ll email you to let you know when your tickets have been posted if there are any delays.
If you haven't received your tickets five days before the event, contact Fan Support.
If your tickets are being sent by secure mail, you’ll receive an email from Royal Mail or DHL with your tracking number and an expected delivery date.
Your tickets have much further to travel, so it may take a bit longer for them to arrive. If you still haven’t received your tickets a week before you’re due to travel to the UK, contact Fan Support.
