Ticket Dispatch ✉️
Tickets will be sent closer to the event date. Please contact us if you haven't received your tickets by 5 days before the event.
Creamfield Payment Plan Information 💳
Tickets purchased using the Creamfields Payment Plan will be paid in separate instalments. Pay just £20 to secure your ticket. Once you've paid the first £20, the following payments will be taken from your card on the 1st of each month.
Payments made are non-refundable.
Please note that the payments will be taken on the 1st of the month but may take a few days to show on your statements, so don't worry if it doesn't show up straight away. We can't change the payment dates.
If your payment fails, you won’t be able to update your card details in your online account or via the app. We'll contact you with the next steps to try and take payment again. Full information of dates and payment amounts can be found on our Payment Plan page. Make sure you select the correct date and ticket types. Keep in mind that payments will be taken automatically.
Age Restrictions 👶
Creamfields is an 18's and over festival. Challenge 21 is in operation on entry, please bring valid photo ID as you may be asked to produce ID at any point during the festival.
Ticket Limits ⛔️
There is a strict limit of eight tickets per person and per card.
Please adhere to published ticket limits. Persons who exceed the ticket limit may have any or all of their orders and tickets cancelled without notice by Ticketmaster in its discretion. This includes orders associated with the same name, email address, billing address, credit card number or other information.
Accessible Tickets ♿️
The application form for access facilities is not yet open. Fans can sign up to the mailing list to be notified when it does become available.

Booking Confirmation 👍
Once you've made your booking you'll receive your booking reference number to give us if you have any queries about your booking. You'll also get a booking confirmation emailed to the email address you gave us at the time of booking, but this can take up to 72 hours to receive.
Make sure that your email address is up to date before making a purchase.
Changing Address 🏡
The address on your order can be changed as long as your tickets haven't been printed yet. To find out how to change your address, just check our FAQ page.
What are Creamfields Gold, Silver and Bronze Tickets? 🎟️
There are a number of Creamfields camping and ticket packages to choose from.
- Bronze tickets give you access to the Bronze campsite which includes hot showers, toilets and a 24 hour info hub. (The Bronze Campsite is strictly only accessible to customers with a Bronze Wristband)
- Silver tickets give you access to the Silver campsite which includes hot showers, toilets, 24 hour info hub, along with a pamper parlour and free carparking.
- Gold tickets give you access to the Gold campsite which includes all of the same benefits of the Silver campsite along with an exclusive Hospitality Arena. The Gold Hospitality Arena includes x1 complimentary hot meal per day, designated seating areas and access to concessions and services. These include cocktails, make up, hair and glitter tent to enjoy the festival in style.
Parking 🚗
Car Parking is available to book in advance via the Ticketmaster website.
Free Car Parking is included with Dreamfields, Gold and Silver ticket packages.
Car Park Hangers will be sent closer to the event date. Please contact us if you haven't received your parking hanger by 5 days before the event.
Shuttle Bus Info 🚍
The Creamfields shuttle buses will be running from Liverpool, Manchester and Warrington. You can book your shuttle bus in advance via Ticketmaster.
