Due to COVID-19 we’re offering etickets (Mobile / Print-at-Home) wherever possible. If you already have an eticket, we can’t change this to post or collection. If you’re not going to the event, you might be able to transfer your tickets to a friend. You can find out more here.
Some events don’t support etickets, so they’ll be sent by post. If you already have a booking which is being sent by post, we can’t change this to an eticket. This is because the scanners at those venues don’t accept the eticket barcodes yet.
