Due to COVID-19 we’re offering eTickets (Mobile / Print-at-Home) wherever possible. If you already have an eTicket, we can’t change this to post or collection. If you’re not going to the event, you might be able to transfer your tickets to a friend. You can find out more here.
Some events don’t support eTickets, so they’ll be sent by post. We advise keeping an eye on your emails for updates in case your booking has been changed to print at home. This is being done to ensure customers can still gain entry at the event
