Most venues offer Box Office collection, which means that you can pick your tickets up in person when you arrive at the event.
Collecting your tickets
When will my tickets be ready to collect?
Tickets will be available to collect on the day of the event - usually an hour before the event starts. If tickets are available any earlier on the day, we'll let you know.
Where do I collect my tickets?
If your event is to take place at a venue, theatre, club or pub, the box office will be at the main entrance. An email is generally sent closer to the time of the event advising you of the box office location and opening hours.
If you're unsure of your event's box office location, don't hesitate to get in touch. If your event is to take place at a sports ground or is an outdoor event, contact Fan Support for more details as this location may vary.
What should I take to collect my tickets?
You'll need to take the card you used to book the tickets and your booking reference number; you may also be asked to sign for them.
You’ll typically need the following items to collect your tickets:
- Photo ID
- Order number
- The credit card used to purchase the tickets
Tickets can only be collected on the day of the event, usually one hour prior to the show time. This will vary for sporting and outdoor events.
When would I need to select International box office collection?
If you've booked for an event in the Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland and your billing address is outside Ireland or the UK, you may need to use international box office collection as there may not be enough time to post the tickets out to you. We'll need you to provide an email address and a local phone number where we can contact you up to the day of the event.
Ticket collection for non-cardholders
Can someone else collect my tickets?
If you’re attending a lead booker event, the Event Organisers are requiring the cardholder to be present. Visit our FAQ What are lead booker events? to check if your event requires a lead booker.
However, some venues will allow someone else to collect the tickets if the attendee provides their photo ID and a Letter of Authorisation from the cardholder. Not all venues accept a Letter of Authorisation, so refer to our list of accepted venues to check if your venue will accept them.
Complete and print out the Letter of Authorisation template.
