If your event is rescheduled or moved, we’ll let you know if your tickets are valid for the new date - you won’t need to do anything else. You can check your event’s status on our Event Status Updates page. If you’ve bought resale tickets for the rescheduled event, we’ll contact you with instructions on what to do next.
If you purchased Print-at-Home tickets, we’ll cancel the barcodes on your tickets and refund them automatically.
Ticket sellers for the rescheduled event will receive payment 10-12 working days after the new date.
Refund policies are determined by the Event Organiser on an event-by-event basis and may be subject to their limitations.
