If you're not in to receive your delivery, Royal Mail will always try and leave your tickets with a neighbour. If that isn't possible, they’ll hold them for you at your local delivery office.
Use the tracking details on the calling card left by the postman to arrange a redelivery at www.royalmail.com/redelivery or by calling 03457 740740.
You can also collect your tickets in person by entering your tracking number in the Royal Mail's tracking system to learn which delivery office is holding your tickets. You'll need to take a form of ID and the calling card or tracking number.
How long will the delivery office hold my tickets?
If you don't pick your tickets up after 14 days, they’ll be returned to us.
Royal Mail have returned my tickets to you. Can you send them again?
If your tickets are on their way back to us, we should receive them fairly soon. We’ll notify you once they arrive. From there, we’ll let you know if we can resend the tickets or make them available at the venue’s Box Office for collection on the day of the event.
