How do I unsubscribe from Ticketmaster email and text alerts?

To update your preferences, follow these steps:

1. Sign into your Ticketmaster Account.
2. Select My Settings.
3. Under Manage Alerts, remove your alerts by unchecking the boxes or select Unsubscribe From All Alerts and click Update Preferences.

To unsubscribe within your inbox, click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email alert you received.

You may still receive emails from those who provide events (e.g., venues, teams, artists, promoters and leagues) to whom Ticketmaster provides your email address as described in the Ticketmaster Privacy Policy.
